It is a trend that has stood out in the market and gained enthusiasts.<\/p>\n<p>It is very common that the traveler \u00a0wishes to enjoy the destination more, once he is already in the location for a meeting, training or corporate event, even if for a short period so, why not staying \u00a0a few days more and combine business with pleasure?<\/p>\n<p>Can the company \u00a0offer such \u00a0opportunity to all the employees? What are the rights of the corporate traveler? And what about the company\u2019s role? Such rules must be well described in the corporate travel policy, so that there is no misunderstanding between the parties involved. All the responsibilities must be very clear and well defined, mainly as regards to expenses.<\/p>\n<p>Some hotels understand the bleisure concept as a new business opportunity. They offer packages \u2013 and with discounts \u2013 to encourage travelers to extend their business trips. Sometimes the traveler ends up bringing \u00a0another person with him, which can increase the hotel sales.<\/p>\n<p>If the company intends to allow this kind of trip, \u00a0we suggest that the traveler \u00a0should be responsible for all expenses \u00a0spent \u00a0on leisure , including if the air ticket cost is higher on the date he wants to return and the days exceeded \u00a0\u00a0in the travel insurance.
